11okbajee | Responsible Gaming and Player Protection Tools

Our Position

What does responsible gaming mean?

11okbajeeAt -, we've always believed gaming is a form of entertainment. Whether you're betting on a cricket match or spending time at the Live Casino, the goal is simple — to have fun. But when gaming stops being fun, that's when problems begin.

Responsible gaming means knowing your limits. How much time you spend, how much money you set aside — these decisions should always remain in your hands. 11okbajee is here to help you maintain that control.

Why Responsible Gaming Matters

Online gaming is growing rapidly in Bangladesh. Many new players jump in before fully understanding the rules, which can lead to issues like overspending or putting in too much time.

11okbajee-'s responsible gaming program is designed to prevent these issues. We don't just provide a gaming platform — we're committed to making sure every player enjoys gaming in a healthy and positive way.

Recognising the Signs of Problem Gaming

Check yourself — see if any of these signs apply to you:

The urge to keep betting after a loss in order to win it back.
Hiding or lying about how much money you spend on gaming.
Spending beyond your set budget.
Skipping work, family, or studies to game.
Feeling restless or irritable when not gaming.
Borrowing money or cutting other expenses to fund gaming.

If one or more of these signs apply to you, don't wait — contact our support team today or activate self-exclusion yourself.

Build Healthy Gaming Habits

Responsible gaming doesn't mean giving up gaming. It means playing mindfully. A few simple habits can keep your gaming experience enjoyable at all times:

Set a budget before you start gaming and stick to it.
Set a time limit — decide in advance how long you'll play each day.
Don't treat winnings as income — they're a bonus, nothing more.
Stay calm after a loss — don't chase your losses with more betting.
Take regular breaks from gaming.
Spend time with family and friends — don't let gaming get in the way of the relationships that matter.
